Our mission
To help people live better lives by building and keeping habits that improve wellbeing, accountability, resilience, and even strengthens relationships. We believe everyone deserves a supportive community and tools that respect their privacy. We also want to give people the freedom to find or create habits that truly resonate with them, rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all approach.
We know that building habits can be hard. Our goal is to make it easier, gentler, and more sustainable—without guilt or pressure. That is why we created KeepYourHabits to be a community-driven, habit-tracking platform where you can connect with others, celebrate small wins, and stay consistent over the long term.
Privacy + Community
At KeepYourHabits, we are committed to privacy-first design. Your data is yours alone—we never sell it or use invasive tracking. We believe that trust is the foundation of any supportive community. That said we are collecting data necessary to run and improve the service or to personalize your experience, always with your consent and full transparency.
What we value
High level of customization
Building habits with the user at the center. You can decide how and what to track, and we give you the tools to be as general or specific as you want.
Friendly competition
We believe in motivating each other through friendly competition. Celebrate your wins and learn from each other.
Privacy-first
You decide what to share. We never sell data and you decide how your data is used.
Community and accountability
Support that comes from the people you trust and care about. No pressure, just encouragement.
How it started
The Problem
I was frustrated with traditional habit trackers. They felt overly simplistic and often led to burnout. I tried everything but nothing seemed to stick. That’s when I realized the problem wasn’t me—it was the approach. Most habit trackers focus on rigid routines, shame for missed days, and invasive data collection.
The Experiment
That's when I decided to create a different kind of habit tracker—one that puts people first. I started tracking my habits in a journal, and then shared my progress with a small group of friends. The accountability and encouragement from my circle made all the difference. I felt motivated to keep going, not because I was afraid of failing, but because I wanted to share my wins with people who cared.
The Discovery
On paper I also had the freedom to customize my habits, track what mattered to me, and adjust my approach as needed. The focus became about tracking data in a way where I could see the effect of one habit on my life and see how it interconnected with others. I developed a system that allowed me look for patterns and see what worked best for me. I had finally found a sustainable way to build habits that actually improved my wellbeing.
The Beginning
From that small experiment, KeepYourHabits was born. Our mission is to help people build and keep habits that improve their wellbeing—without guilt or pressure. We believe in the power of community, privacy-first design, and high level customizations that adapt to your unique journey.
